Bundled supplied records

The upload contains the supplied Arkansas station reference dataset, 145-record guide/knowledge library, Arkansas network/resource data, source registry, access-needs registry, report schema, field-kit/source documentation, and open-media license register. The research documents supplied with the earlier build remain under docs/ as source material, not as an active presentation layer.

Community evidence

The v22 same-origin service stores timestamped driver observations and station issue reports separately from provider records. A driver-observed price is labeled as driver evidence; it is not rebranded as a station/provider live price.

Price evidence hierarchy

1. Timestamped station/provider price when a provider actually returns one.
2. Dated published/reference averages when explicitly identified as averages.
3. Timestamped driver/community observation.
4. Unknown.
